After purchasing the hosting you have to install wordpress on your Cpanel and after installing wordpress you are able to see your wordpress Dashboard and the next step is to installing themes.

So you have to click on appearance and select a theme for your website as i give you the example of  twenty fifteen blog theme this theme is for them who wants to write blogs for their website.

for installing this theme you have to click on add new and type twenty fifteen in search bar it may take some time and now my theme is displaying you have to click on install and then click on Activate. After Activate this theme you are able to write post to your blog website.
